1. Acceptance of Terms

• These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
• By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App and uninstall it.

2. Services Provided

The App currently provides:

• Sound lists and playback features for cats;
• Interactive mini‑games for cats;
• Music content designed to soothe cats;
• Paid subscriptions (e.g. monthly, yearly, lifetime) to unlock all features and remove ads (if any);
• Support features such as in‑app feedback and rating prompts. We may modify, add, or remove features from time to time.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (Apple App Store Only)

• Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple App Store .
• We use RevenueCat to read your subscription status, but billing, auto‑renewal, and refund rules are governed by Apple’s terms.
• For auto‑renewing subscriptions, you must turn off auto‑renewal in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid automatic renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in iOS under “Settings – Apple ID – Subscriptions”.
• If you have questions about charges, please contact Apple Support or reach out through the App’s feedback feature; we will do our best to help you understand what happened.
